Panel Discussion Focuses on Housing Solutions

March 18, 2016

In October, Center for Independent Futures hosted our first symposium, focused on building the capacity of communities to create housing solutions for individuals with disabilities. We were joined by professionals, family members, and individuals, who generously shared their ideas, knowledge, and experiences.

A highlight of the day was the panel discussion featuring families who have been part of efforts to create alternative, community-based housing. We are excited to share footage of that panel discussion, which was facilitated by Paul Arntson, PhD., Professor Emeritus, Northwestern University. Thank you to Guy Bauer Productions for capturing this engaging discussion on film.
