Personal Networks
Every individual needs people in their lives who will help them achieve their goals. A Personal Network is a group of people who come together around an individual with disabilities work toward achieving goals established during the Full Life Future Planning Process. A CIF-trained coach meets with the Personal Network on a regular basis to support the ongoing work of the team. Since short- and long-term goals for the individual with disabilities may evolve, new roles for the Personal Network may be identified as time goes on.
