Preview the Something's Cooking Menu!

September 14, 2016

Prepare your appetite for November 6 and Something’s Cooking, an annual fall tradition since 2003. You won’t want to miss a single bite of this tasting tour, featuring a sampling of the best restaurants and bakeries in the North Shore and Chicago.

New additions include Evanston community favorites Ten Mile House, Flat Top Grill, and Gigio’s Pizzeria. Also new this year, Farmhouse will serve up the best local ingredients while La Macchina Cafe provides a true taste of Italy. Something’s Cooking favorites will return with decadent Nutella milkshakes from Edzo’s Burger Shop, a twist on Mexican tradition from That Little Mexican Cafe, Asian cuisine from Koi, and more. Check below for a full menu of this year’s participating restaurants.

With one ticket, you’ll have the chance to try signature dishes from all of fourteen featured restaurants and a dessert display including offerings from Nothing Bundt Cakes, Eli’s Cheesecake, and more. Our gracious hosts, Prairie Moon, will keep the open bar flowing with wine, beer, and soda while guests browse the culinary-themed silent auction.

Best of all, the funds raised at Something’s Cooking benefit Center for Independent Futures’ mission to support individuals with disabilities and their families to access all the opportunities of a full life.
