Transition Planning Workshop
This workshop is designed for groups of families, school staff or service providers associated with teens with disabilities who want to learn more about effective planning for the transition from high school to life as a young adult. Topics discussed include when and how to start planning for life after high school, what is available after high school and how to put school and community resources to work for an individual with disabilities during the transition time period. Transition laws and individualized transition plan documentation and practices will also be covered.
